Sound familiar?

You still love teaching. It's everything around it wearing you down.

You became a music teacher to teach. Then the invoices, the enrolment, and the second-guessing started crowding the music out.

The midnight Google

You're up late searching how to teach that pop song, or how much you should charge, building a business one browser tab at a time.

Booked out, still underpaid

Every slot is full, yet you aren't earning what you're worth. Raise your rates and you brace for parents to walk.

No one to ask

You teach solo from home. No staff room, no mentor. "I've been more of a loner" is how members describe arriving, before they found a room of teachers who get it.

You were trained to play. You were never trained for everything else.

So you improvise the hard parts: keeping lessons fresh, pricing, enrolment, holding the line with parents. Twelve weeks of live coaching replaces that guesswork with a plan you actually follow, beside a small group of teachers solving the same problems. That is the difference between another course you half-finish and a studio that runs differently by the end, with your teaching alive again.

What you actually get

Exactly what's inside the 12 weeks

A structured program with live coaching around it, shaped to your studio and your instrument.

🎥

Weekly live cohort calls

Twelve 60-minute live sessions with your coaches and your cohort of up to 20 studio owners. Bring a real studio problem each week. Leave with a next step.

🗺️

A step-by-step roadmap

Self-paced modules between calls covering creative teaching, pricing, positioning, enrolment and systems. Fit them around your teaching week.

🤝

Personalised coaching & feedback

Direct input from Bec & Donna on your teaching and your studio, not generic advice. The outside perspective you can't get from inside your own studio.

📋

An assessment portfolio

You leave with a finished plan for your studio, not a folder of notes. Build it as you go, with feedback at every step.

🏅

Earn your TopMusic Certification

Complete your portfolio and become TopMusic Certified, a credential you can show parents and stand behind. Optional, with an extra four weeks to submit.

The coaching is tailored to you. The structure is not a secret. You get both.

The transformation

You don't learn it once. You keep coming back, deeper.

Real change isn't a straight line. Across the twelve weeks you revisit the same few themes again and again, going deeper each time, with your cohort and coaches beside you.

That's about $36 a day, roughly one music lesson.

The average studio earns $1,200–$2,000 per student each year, so two or three new students covers the whole program. Tiffany added ten. Beth added fifteen to twenty.

Good questions

The questions teachers ask us most

How long is it, and when does it start?
Twelve weeks of part-time study with weekly live cohort sessions, plus an extra four weeks to submit your portfolio if you choose to earn certification. Cohorts open twice a year, in January and July. The next intake is the July 2026 cohort.
How much time will I need each week?
The weekly cohort call is about 60 minutes, no more than 12 hours of live time across the program. Beyond that, you fit the self-study and your portfolio prep around your own teaching schedule.
How much does it cost?
$2,997 USD, or three monthly payments of $999. That's around $36 a day for the twelve weeks, and most graduates earn it back with two to three new students.
Do I have to attend the live calls?
The live cohort calls are where most of the value is, so we strongly encourage you to attend. The rest of your study is flexible and fits around your week.
Is this only for piano teachers?
No. The Studio Transformation is built for teachers of all instruments. The business and studio principles apply whatever you teach.
How is this different from the TopMusicPro membership?
The membership gives you a library of resources to use at your own pace. The Studio Transformation is a guided, live, time-bound coaching program with a small cohort, personalised feedback, a finished plan and an optional certification. It's hands-on transformation, not a library.
What support do I get outside the weekly calls?
You'll have your cohort and your coaches between sessions for questions and feedback as you work through the modules and build your portfolio.
